Your TréSkinRX products should perform as expected and represented by your TréSkinRX consultant. Should you have questions related to our products, or need assistance relating to the use of your products you may call our customer service line at 630.418.7546. A service agent will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your personal questions.

We want you to have 100% satisfaction with your product purchases. Should within 30 days of purchase, you desire to return or exchange your product, the following conditions must be met. For a return and refund of your purchase, Product(s) must be minimally used and returned to our corporate office. A refund check of your purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee, will be sent to you within 30 days of product return. Should you desire an exchange, we will gladly provide full credit toward a TréSkinRX product of your choice. A maximum of two product returns per customer will be honored in a six-month period.

Any personal information collected either on-line through the TréSkinRX website, or via in-person transaction shall be solely used for the express purpose related to your transactions with TréSkinRX. At your personal discretion, once you have become a registered customer or a consultant, you may decide to sign-up for the TréSkinRX auto-ship program. Should you choose to enter that program and authorize repeating transactions, your credit and shipment information shall remain on file in order to process repeating transactions. You may cancel your participation in the program at any time and direct TréSkinRX to remove you from that program. At no time will your personal information be released to any third parties, beyond TréSkinRX and our registered consultants.

When transacting business with TréSkinRX, it is important to know that your information is protected. Our data systems use an encrypted, third-party data security service to ensure your transactions remain secure. Server access to our corporate systems is restricted to network personnel only.
